Compared to the same period in the previous year, Detectomat offered and held more training sessions in the first quarter of 2020. In addition to the technical workshops focusing on the DC3500 fire alarm control panel, theoretical courses on the DIN 14675 standard were also held for different target groups (planners and installers).
The increase in the training and workshops on offer is supported by our new office in Monschau.
We plan to continue expanding and updating our training portfolio throughout the year 2020.
You can find more information on upcoming training sessions, as well as dates and times, at: www.detectomat.com/en/trainings/
Restrictions on available training due to the coronavirus pandemic
Owing to the restrictions on events due to the ongoing pandemic, we are postponing training sessions in order to comply with government rules and social distancing regulations. You may of course cancel any previously booked training sessions free of charge.
Unfortunately, we are only able to provide precise dates and times for planned training sessions and workshops at short notice, depending on the legal requirements as well as the availability of training venues such as hotels and conference facilities.
During in-person sessions, we will continue to observe hygiene rules and will provide soap and sanitiser, as well as masks where necessary.
In order to offer our customers access to practical information even under these unprecedented circumstances, we are working hard to prepare a virtual training platform – the Detectomat Online Campus.
It goes without saying that we are looking forward to welcoming you back to our training sessions in person as soon as we can. Stay safe!
