Linear Smoke Detector DLF150 - Relay

The linear smoke detector DLF150 enables the monitoring of large areas for fires according to EN 54-12. Thanks to the infrared beam, invisible to the human eye, between the transmitter unit and the reflectors, smoke development in the monitored area can be detected immediately, triggering an alarm. Rising smoke or aerosols flow into the infrared beam and cause an attenuation of the reflected light signal. This signal change is evaluated in the transmitter unit and can trigger an alarm.

The linear smoke detector DLF150 has a special sensor that recognizes the reflectors within a detection range of up to 14° and displays them in the commissioning app. This allows simple, quick and reliable commissioning.

Interference from sources such as pendant lights could nearly be eliminated with the DLF150 linear smoke detectors commissioning app.

Distance between linear smoke detector DLF150 and the reflectors: 8 to 150 m.
With the included single reflector, a distance of up to 60 m can be monitored.
With the available extension kit 33642, a distance of up to 120 m can be monitored.
With the available extension kit 33644, a distance of up to 150 m can be monitored.
Linear smoke detectors are suitable for monitoring large areas such as halls, tunnels, shopping centers, aircraft hangars, atriums, etc.
Commissioning is conveniently done via Bluetooth using an iOS or Android device using the commissioning App “My Beam” which is free of charge.
The Bluetooth communication is only active during commissioning.
Relay version for connection via I/O modules to fire alarm control panels.
Optional available with integrated heating: 34109
Extensive accessories such as reflector heating, sunshade, mounting bracket and others are available.
Maximum detection angle: +/- 7° horizontal, +/- 4° vertical.
